Delete your TechOn account

You can permanently delete your TechOn account and its data at any time, either in the app or with the form on this page.

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open the TechOn app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Option 2 — on this page

Forgot your password? Reset it from the app's sign-in screen, or email techontz@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, password, profile photo, headline, bio, phone number and country
• Your community posts, comments and attached images
• Your saved (bookmarked) content
• Notification tokens and all active sign-in sessions on every device
• Your access to courses, including purchased content

Deletion happens immediately. Removed content may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

What is kept

• Order and payment records (item, amount, date, payment reference) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are detached from your name and email.
• Reports you filed about other users' content may be kept to complete moderation, without your identity.
